How do we describe people in Spanish?

We use adjectives to describe someone’s personality, which by the way is something we do immediately after meeting someone. Expanding the vocabulary to describe personality is very useful when we travel or start a new job, because we always meet new people in those circumstances.

But it turns out that when we want to talk about quality it is not precisely the adjective that we use but the noun, for example: He is very kind and for me kindness is very important.
