1- Spanish Perfecto will provide Spanish educational classes to the client according to the chosen program with professionally certified instructors to support fast learning of Spanish during the student time.
2- The client needs to work closely with Spanish Perfecto teachers and staff to ensure timely attendance, complete homework assignments, practice and follow the teacher’s recommendations, and provide feedback to ensure services customize each student’s specific requirements.
3- The client is responsible for making payments before starting classes.
4- Spanish Perfecto conducts each class with professionalism and enthusiasm to help our students reach their communicative and linguistic goals and maximize the learning progress effectively and efficiently. It is, however, up to each student to follow the course work as designed to get the best results.
5- Spanish Perfecto will conduct a placement test to define the appropriate level for each student if he is not a beginner. Therefore, it determines the program.
6- The class modality, the schedule, and the starting date are set during the registration process.
7- Any schedule, date, or location changes should be arranged previously with the teacher.
8- Rescheduling or cancellations are allowed only for private classes. Group classes will always follow the settled schedule. Cancellations or rescheduling for group classes are not allowed.
9- For cancellations, the client has to notify Spanish Perfecto at least 24 hours in advance and confirm by phone with the teacher. If a student cancels a class within 24 hours, class hours will deduct from the total number of hours purchased.
10- Excessive cancellations for private classes may result in the loss of the preferred schedule and is subject to change due to ongoing teacher availability.
11- If a group student needs a catch-up or make-up class, it will be arranged and charged as a private class with the teacher.
12- Substitutes: Spanish Perfecto reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher for any class when the regular teacher can not attend or permanently if is the case.
13- Books and materials: Students pay any required textbook, workbook or digital access code . Digital code access lasts for one year.
14-Specific classes outside the office incur on the regular Texas miles charge and other possible fees such as parking.
15- Refunds are not considered after the first 4 hours of class instruction. However, hours could transfer to another person. We require written notification if you decide to withdraw through our regular email address.
16- Spanish Perfecto requires 100% payment upon approval to be made five working days before the class starting date.
17- Spanish Perfecto uses photos and videos of our students, classes, and activities as public marketing material. If you disagree, please let us know before the beginning of classes.
18-It is a regular practice in our school to admit new students in a group class to attend as a trial class.
19– Spanish Perfecto has the right to include new students in a regular group class if he/she is considered at the same level to start at any time. A group will always be between 2-6 people.
